– REPORT that it was about 3,000 miles. He didn’t go directly across. He started in OR. And ended up in VA. Took him 83 days.
– DISCUSSION of getting lost, riding along the Transamerican Trail. He did the ride alone w/ no support vehicle trailing him. He had several mechanical issues, lots of flat tires.
