Discussing fact that Northern CA snow pack is beneficial to our water table here in the desert. DWA customers can only water Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7 PM to 7 AM. Water usage is low right now. Replace grass w/ desert landscaping. Report water abuses. Set timers to “rain delay”. DWA has FREE smart controllers for its customers. Rates will go up a bit in July. Her wine experience while living in South Africa.
