Due to COVID-19 folks have discovered they can work from home, w/ an office, home schooling area, larger eating area, “Mother-in-law” suite, etc. 2. – REPORT that Brady has already closed more sales this year that in ALL of last year. Most of our new home buyers come from inside CA., mostly San Francisco and San Diego. “Real estate trade winds” as clients move.
– Brady will “stage” a home for sale if owners can’t get here to do it. FOR FREE. Handle all aspects of a sale, donations, charities, removal, staging, etc.
