PALM SPRINGS AIR MUSEUM w/ Ann Greer re: 745 N. Gene Autry Trail, Palm Springs CA. 92262.
– TODAY – 3/2 – Canadian Military Tribute Day. 11:30 the Pipe Band. 1:00 program about the RCA and the Battle of Normandy, w/ a special guest, Canadian Veteran. Then @ 2:30 the “Skyhawks” Canadian parachute team will perform. All of this included w/ regular museum admission.
– Great food available @ their Cafe. Salads, hot dogs, etc.,
– Great shopping @ the gift shop for all ages.
– 3/15 – 6 PM – Evening reception for the exhibit “Multiply by 6 Million” about the survivors of the Holocaust. $20. (760) 482-1836 to R.S.V.P. to Carol.
– 3/16 – Dr. Edward Gordon program about D-Day.
– 3/23 – The “Mash Bash”. A themed party like the TV series. Cafeteria style food, martini bar, – $49.
– 3/30 – Program on the helicopters.
– Sept., Dr. Ed Gordon is taking folks on a 10 day trip for the 75th Anniversary of the end of D-Day.
