EISENHOWER HEALTH w/ Lee Rice (media coordinator and communication specialst) and Dr. Euthym Kontaxis re: EH accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education for it’s Emergency Medicine Residency Program.
– Discussion of how EH became accredited.
– EH has 85,000 to 90,000 patients a year.
– How medical students apply to do their residency in this speciality @ EH. The “Ides of Match”.
– He is a Deacon in the Greek Orthodox Church.
– November is lung cancer awareness month. It is the most deadly and yet most preventable cancer.
