– DISCUSSION of CEA (California Earthquake Authority).
– DISCUSSION of automatic gas shut off valve for earthquakes.
– DISCUSSION of the fact that he will provide you earthquake insurance even if your home is not insured w/ Ascend.
– Dennis WILL DO ALL THE PAPERWORK.
– DISCUSSION of the Talavera Community in Indio that he can do flood insurance for, since FEMA has messed this all up.
