First City in the Valley to join CCA. – Locals in Palm Springs can control electricity choices and rates for themselves. (i.e. green power, locally generated power, etc.) – Citizens can save from 1 to 4 % on their electric bill. – No changes to residents physical property. – Locals will get 2 “head’s up” notices in the mail in about a year.
