5. What is a tapeworm, and how does it get to your brain? (A tapeworm is a parasitic infection. Actually the tapeworms come from pigs. Comes from areas w/ poor sanitation. It hangs out in your intestine. The larvae gets to your brain and is the major cost of adult onset seizures.)
6. What is DKA.? (Diabetic Keto Acidosis. Happens to people who can’t produce enough insulin. Sugar cannot get into the cells so it remains in the blood stream and causes problems)
7. What is the abortion pill? (Combination of 2 drugs. Used at home to end a pregnancy up to 11 weeks. Series of 2 pills. NOT a morning after pill, which will NOT cause an abortion, just PREVENTS pregnancy.)
8. Can prescription drugs cause memory loss and can they be linked to Alzheimers? (Yes, there are medications that can cause issues w/ retention. Benadryl is such a drug. All about signals in the brain. No, Alzheimers is not affected by medications.)

– QUESTION FROM “JOEY PALS.”
1. Please explain all the news reports talking about what’s happening to real estate commissions.
(The National Association of Realtors actually settled the lawsuit that caused most of this concern. Many inaccuracies came out as a result of this action. TAKE AN INFORMED APPROACH and go to www.NAR.realtor.com and see the official information)
– DISCUSSION that both sides of media have such bias.
– FALSE, MISLEADING REPORT that the LAW governing commissions is going to change…COMMISSION STRUCTURE has NEVER been a law. Not federal or state LAW EVER. It is an agreement.
– REPORT that the most important question is “what is the client looking for” and then the realtor must determine the “value” of what is needed.
– REPORT that Brady can supply the following among many things;
A full time cleaning company, colored photography, aerial drones, etc., etc., and those services determine the commission programs.
– REPORT that the services Brady supplies differ if a listing is for a house that is completely furnished, etc. Each state does things differently.
Therefore the commission structure is really different.
– REPORT that you can learn/follow along/keep up and read about the real estate market for yourself @ www.bradysandahl.com/followus. 66,000 folks are following Brady in this way.
