– DISCUSSION of the staff parties they do the ordering-in for. Breakfasts, lunches, etc., Will deliver and pick up.
– REPORT on the sandwich trays for the coming Christmas Season. Comes w/ potato salads, pickles, cookies and can be delivered. The same items can be in the sandwich boxes.
– REPORT that the salads can be in large quantities.
– REPORT that everything is made from scratch, fresh every day.
– REPORT on the 30 different kinds of breads. No preservatives in any of their breads. Any bread “flavor” can be made into rolls. MAKE GREAT GIFTS.

– QUESTIONS FROM Joey Pals/Brian’s clients/news in the “Medicine Cabinet”.
1. From a Florida “Joey Pal”…What does it mean and how do you correct a high LDL besides taking a Statin Drug? (DF. of good and bad fat in your body; high LDL tells us you might be @ risk for strokes and heart attacks. Of your LDL is high AND you have OTHER health concerns, i.e. 190 to 200. Target is under 100 or even 70. Here’s how to correct it on your own.
#1. Change how you eat.
#2. Lose weight and exercise. Weight gain is one of the reasons for high LDL. Mayo clinic website has good guidelines for lowering LDL. Get rid of transfats. Get only mono or poly unsaturated fats. Eat lots of colored foods.
If these steps don’t lower your LDL in 6 months, THEN use something such as “red yeast”, or 2nd generation Statins, that are very safe. Fat soluble statins have some side effects, water soluble statins have fewer.
Two high intensity Statins Dr. Hodgkins recommends that will lower your LDL quickly and that have a couple of different ways to take them: Crestor (his favorite that he takes 10 mg a day), less side effects and Lipitor)

– REPORT that there are expensive drugs to take twice a month as well.
– REPORT that there is a new genetic therapy in your liver that guarantees to cut your LDL by 50%.
– REPORT on the No-CIBO EFFECT.

2. What about the outbreak of infection problem in Chinese children? (Yes. Actually our CDC experts went to China to check this out. America really has the same issues w/out the drama. Called “white lung” disease in Ohio. Chinese outbreak caused the huge immune gap due to the long lock down they had. It was RSV, not Covid.)
3. Is there a vitamin to treat age/liver spots? (After the age of 40 they start to occur. Make certain that they are not melanomas. OTC products to treat age/liver spots are: a. Anything w/ vitamin C and D topically. Avoid calomel, mercury compounds. Then there are prescriptions for fix age spots. Need to use for 3 months. Can’t ever stop using them or the spots come back.)
4. Dr. Oz mentioned a “memory drug” Is it valid? (Most of his recommendations need to be combined..i.e. “expensive vitamins create expensive urine”. Could be beneficial, but the science hasn’t caught up w/ this yet.)

What is canine respiratory illness? (A cold for dogs. Rampant right now. Cough, runny nose. See your vet. This is not the usual “kennel cough”, this is more serious. Perhaps to avoid the dog parks. Can be spread between doggies.)
