– REPORT on new airline services: Alaska Airlines is going to Portland year round; Canadian Porter Airlines started Dec., 12 flying the new 195 E2; United’s new Wash/Dulles non-stop started Dec., 19; Delta will join Alaska for non-stop JFK and started Dec., 21; Allegiant will do year round service to Bellingham, WA.
