2. Which fruit is best to lower your cholesterol? (80% of the cholesterol comes from INSIDE your body, NOT from what you eat. Apples, citrus, berries, avocados all are good for you.)
3. What causes bladder leakage? (In both men and women. Lots of causes; muscles, especially in women. Prevention: less caffeine; stop smoking; lose weight.

Cont. 3. What causes bladder leakage? (Isn’t talked about enough. Cont. causes; UTI’s, medical conditions; prostate issues in men; strokes, diabetes, nerve damage. Treatments; medication, injectable medications, external collection systems, surgery etc.)
4. Does magnesium help you sleep? (Promotes melatonin production. Males should take 400 mg; females should take 350 mg. It is an essential mineral that is important in several body functions.)
5. Does Aspirin or Ibuprofen prevent Alzheimer? (D.O.H.C. is really focused on this issues. Study showed that when subjects took Aspirin or Ibuprofen for MORE than 2 years had LESS Alzheimer and Dementia. When subjects took Aspirin or Ibuprofen for LESS that 2 years had MORE Alzheimer and Dementia issues. Needs more study).
6. What’s the latest news on the Measles Outbreak? (225 cases in 15 states and 2 deaths. Those numbers are probably low. Immune system gets punished by measles MORE THAN ANY OTHER DISEASE. VACCINATE!!!!)
