You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
