A living trust is not just a “fill in the blanks” document.  Robert had a client who was named the trustee for a trust but it had been done by a Para Legal w/ a living trust program and DIDN’T do everything that needed to be done. Due to circumstances there was NO live heir.  Then the estate GOES TO THE STATE.
