– How to avoid Photo-Aging, the changes/aging in our skin over time, mostly caused by the sun. Limit your exposure is the best way…re-apply sunscreen every couple of hours.
– Spray sunscreen sometimes has alcohol in it and the lotion kind may be better for your skin.
– Bad rays can even reflect off the snow and damage your skin.
