1. What about the gang thefts of the Nordstroms Store. Is anyone accountable/insurance for that? (There need to be tighter laws and penalties. Tighter security to get into a store. Need more security cameras, perhaps ones that photograph license plates as well. These are ORGANIZED gangs. Local governments and police need to be behind enforcement.)
2. A couple was denied a Foster Child because they were Catholic? (Hard to believe. It would be different if you were a part of a cult etc. Perhaps in the Deep South. Probably no recourse for the parents.)
3. A woman divorced her husband 2 or 3 days after their wedding after promising he wouldn’t do it? (Good for HER!!! That is juvenile, stupid, childish behavior and an indication of future behavior and whether or not he could be trusted. And could possible file for criminal assault. Hope she sued for the cost of her dress AND the cake. Might even be grounds for annulment.)

1. What are the liability issues w/ the fires in Maui? (Robert’s story that he was due to Vacation in Maui and had to cancel it. There may be some liability w/ the wooden poles and overgrown dead grass beneath them on Maui).

2. A gal is suing a doctor for “fast-tracking” her gender identity surgery? (She was a young woman, had surgery to become a trans-man and wants to go back to being a woman. She has a possible case there. There should possibly be therapy, counseling, a review board and she wasn’t over 18.)

2. Are there new kitchen colors now? (Kitchen design takes a long time to change. White kitchens are passe’. Now you can add color. Mix it up. Back to wood cabinets again. Just change the backsplash!!!!)

2. Does 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day decrease your risk of depression and anxiety? (Caffeine has lots of benefits; decreases risk of Parkinsons, Alzheimers and cardio-vascular. Also a 33% decrease in depression symptoms and some benefits to mental illness.)
3. Will La Nina (not El Nino) will increase the cases of influenza. (Because of the effect on the water temperature changes, it affects the migration of birds, HENCE more avian flu, etc. Last 4 flu outbreaks were associated w/ La Nina.)
4. RSV Vaccine? (Three vaccines that the FDA/CDC are pushing. RSV, (for 60 plus folks @ high risk of getting RSV and being hospitalized, this is covered by insurance) COVID (new one just approved last week and everyone should get one) and FLU that you should get every year. Don’t get vaccination fatigue. Drive thru D.O.H.C. and be eligible for a $500. Gift certificate).
