– REPORT that Tony de Maio, the CEO and President, started/founded “Helping Heroes USA” and providing this time for us to talk about all these issues.
– REPORT that it is the celebration of the 250th bday for the Marine Corp and actually all branches of service.
– REPORT that the Navy League was established in 1909. There are other Military support groups as well.
– REPORT that the Navy League supports the Navy, the Coast Guard, The Marines and the Merchant Marines.
– DISCUSSION that enlistment is up for all branches. It’s because of leadership and a sense of accountability. Brig. Gen. Theodore Roosevelt Jr. helped found the American Legion.
