1. What about vaccines for illegals? (Robert doesn’t believe they are being administered. But to keep the spread of diseases down, EVERYONE should be vaccinated.)
2. Discuss the Daniel Penny verdict. (Found not guilty of a jury of all races. Victim had 42 arrests beforehand. Mr. Penny and other men of different races kept the victim subdued until police arrived.)
– DISCUSSION of jury trials vs judge trial. Defense gets to pick which.
3. What are “sanctuary cities”? (A place where you are considered “safe”.
4. What about Luigi Mangione murderer? (No matter what you think about ANYTHING you do NOT have the right to shoot someone in the back and kill them.)
– FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
– REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.
