1. Is ‘Good Rx’ legit? (Yes, FREE. Good way for you to compare prices for your prescriptions. Lindsey uses it. Not all pharmacies are required to participate though. Also coupons are available. Cost less than a co-pay.)

2. What’s so great about BEETS? (Nature’s sweetener. Have lots of health benefits; fiber, nitrates, reduces BP, etc., The most colorful veggies are the best, i.e. RED BEETS. AHA has a bunch of beet recipes.)
3. What is meant by a clogged lymph system? (The “highway system” in our bodies to get rid of all our toxins. Can be interrupted by drugs, trauma, etc., Can be treated w/ compression bandages. D.O.H.C. has a whole Lymphedema Clinic!!!!!.)
4. How long is strep throat contagious? (If you still have symptoms and don’t take antibiotics it can be 3 weeks.)
