– REPORT on some suggestions for animals in the heat;
1. Don’t walk your doggies in the heat.
2. Against the law to leave an unattended pet in the car, even if the car is keeping the car cool. Against the law in Palm Springs as well.
3. Don’t leave your animal chained on a metal chain or w/ a metal water dish.
– QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”
1. How can you tell if your pet is in pain? (Cats tend to “hide” their pain more than dogs do. Mostly between owner and animal. Look for changes in eating, bathroom, activity habits. Make an appointment w/ your Vet when you observe changes in behavior.)
– REPORT to keep your pet’s microchip information up to date.
– REPORT that Animal Samaritans has dental care for both dogs and cats. SPECIAL ON DENTAL right now until the end of Sept., 20% off.
