– REPORT that the Air Museum has 91,000 sq feet of climate-controlled hangers. Dogs are welcome. Open every day.
– REPORT that you can book a ride on the Stearman in the weekends, early in the morning.
– REPORT on the new climb-in F-18 cockpit in the kids area. Model of an XWing from Star Wars. Lots of planes on exhibit.
– REPORT that Sat., mornings from 10:30 – 12:30 PM “Open Cockpits” included w/ Museum admission.
– REPORT that they have broken ground for the expansion of the R. M. Auen Learning Center to be done hopefully in February. Everything will remain open during the construction.
– REPORT that they are selling “named” bricks and pavers for the new front of the museum.

– REPORT that next season will be themed after The 80th Anniversary of the end of WWII. The Museum has 3 WWII docents.

– REMINDER; Open Thurs., Fri., Sat., and Sun., 10 to 5 except Thurs. night from 12 to 8 and then admission is FREE due to City of Palm Springs from 5 to 8. DJ’s.
– ANNOUNCEMENT of the re-opening of the Steve Chase Wing. All 6 galleries have new rotations from the permanent collection.
– DEFINITION of the meaning of the “PERMANENT COLLECTION” from the 16,000 pieces of art in the Museum’s. permanent collection.
