– REPORT that there are probably 500,000 to 600,000 live outside the U.S. 71,000 are registered. His trip to Colombia to see the Veterans.
– REPORT that under the Champs VA program and Title 38 they can only be covered by the disabilities they had AT THE TIME THEY LEFT THE MILITARY.
