1. What does “burn-out” do to the female brain? (It affects certain areas of the brain, that are usually balanced. When you’re stressed one part of your brain GROWS in size. You can “cure” this w/ therapy and other applications.).

– REPORT that when Sept., comes we START lots of things over; school, routines. How to engage your children to see if there is a problem in advance of the school year starting.
1. Find a good time to talk to your children.
2. Have no distractions. Face to face.
3. Let them know they are not in trouble.
4. Take their concerns/experiences seriously. i.e. DRIVE BY THE SCHOOL before it starts.
