– REPORT on the restaurants set up and being new in the Sun Center in South Palm Springs.
– DISCUSSION that you go THROUGH Bouchet (purple) to get to P.S. Air Bar (agreeable grey).
– DISCUSSION of the décor in both settings.
– REPORT that in the P.S. Air Bar, you get a boarding pass, then go up the “boarding ramp” where the bartender is your “pilot”, etc., everything isl airline themed. You “eat and drink” on the wing, etc.  Authentic 737.
– REPORT that this is the ONLY place in the valley where you can grab a cocktail and then go shopping!!!
– Open 7 days a week, Sunday for the “Disco Boozy Bruch” w/ Drag shows!!!!.
– REPORT on the shopping experience available.
