H.A.R.C w/ Jenna Lecomte-Hinely re: C.E.O. of H.A.R.C. (health assessment and research for communities).
– REPORT on the mission statement for HARC. They are a non-profit. Located in Palm Desert. They provide research and evaluation to improve the quality of life across the Coachella Valley and Inland Empire.
– DISCUSSION that HARC has been in existence since 2006/
– REPORT on how they get their information.  Based on the fact that the CV has different trends and stories that anyone else and therefore data needs to be collected.
– REPORT that after the data is collected it is provided BACK to the community FREE of Charge to enable organizations to plan their services to better serve the population.
– DISCUSSION that this survey is done every 3 years and for the first time it will be MAILED out, not a phone survey.
– REPORT that everything will be up on their website in a user-friendly form. www.harcdata.org.
