RESTAURANT OF THE WEEK w/ Joe Enos re: Marketing Director. “LuLu California Bistro” 200 S. Palm Canyon Dr., P.S. and “Acqua California Bistro” 71800 Hwy., 111, R. M.
– REPORT on the Christmas Weekend @ both properties.
– REPORT on NEW YEARS
@ LuLu’s.  w/ entertainment on the terrace. Two seating; 1.) 4:30 to 6:30 for $69.99 for a 4-course dinner. 2.) 7:30 to 12 for $129.99 for a 4-course dinner, favors, champagne and chessecake. Same menu both seatings, except for the favors and champagne.
– REPORT on the items RETURNING to the menu; lamb, prime rib, duck, lobster potpie, etc.,
– REPORT that you must have proof of vaccination and a mask to dine indoors.
– REPORT that LuLu is open Mon. – Fri., from 11 AM.  Weekend 9 AM to 9 PM plus brunch.

1.) from 6:30 in the River Room ON NYC time.  Derek Greg Jordan w/ his guitar for your entertainment. $69.99 same 4-course dinner w/ favors and champagne.

– REPORT that Acqua is open Mon. – Fri., from 4 PM to 9 PM for dinner.  Weekend from 9 AM to 9 PM plus brunch.
