Leads the COVID-10 Taskforce.
– REPORT that we are starting the 40th week of COVID-19 “Sheltering in Place”.
– REPORT that Dr. Hodgkins “predicted” back in March and April that we would have a vaccine by the end of the year and HE WAS RIGHT!!!
– REPORT that we have 2 vaccines ready now. All the hospitals got their shipments of vaccines.
– REPORT that the hospitals are stressed to the limit. Storage for the 2 vaccines is different.
– REPORT that there are several more vaccines “in the pipeline”. This technology has been in development for 16 years.
– REPORT that we are getting 50% efficacy after one shot of these vaccines.
– DISCUSSION of how this vaccine is administered. Vaccine has to be frozen @ -80 degrees. Special containers on planes, trucks, etc. Special sensors on the vaccines. Hospitals have the proper freezers. 5 doses in a vile.
– REPORT on a “Joey Pal” question. Do I get a vaccine if I’ve had Covid-19?….after 3 months your chances of getting infected start over. Immunity from the vaccine is a bit better than natural immunity if you’ve had the virus.
