NEURO VITALITY CENTER w/ Bev Greer, Chief Executive Officer re: 2800 E. Alejo Rd., Palm Springs, CA. 92262.
– REPORT on 1.29.2020 dedication of the new facilities.
– REPORT on new services: i.e. nursing, social, psychological, therapies, pharmacy, dietetic etc., @ NVC that might be covered by some insurances NOW.
– DISCUSSION that community-based adult service program allows for some insurance coverage. Call for details.
– The Center is now learning about “age-related dementia” especially here in the Coachella Valley.
– Open Mon. – Friday for outpatient services in a secured space.
– Work w/ Sundial Bus to get clients to and from the Center.
– DISCUSSION on the positive improvement of their clients @ the Center. Budget is now $2 million a year. Now they are licensed to see 200 patients a day.
– Can use volunteers. NVC will train folks. Especially need help w/ the Parkinson’s boxing program!!!! Men and/or women.
