– DISCUSSION that some car insurance carriers don’t allow “guest” drivers (folks who don’t live in your home) for your car.
– REPORT on liability issues if you rent out your home and what your homeowner’s policy may or may not allow.
– REPORT on insurance issues when you RENT a vehicle.
– DISCUSSION of the new issue when you rent out your home AND your car w/ the house, you may or may not be covered. Check w/ Dennis.
– Most insurance companies have INCREASED THEIR RATES….shop your rates/companies this time of year w/ Dennis.
– He is a broker and has 30 different companies. Has a great new program for “rental properties”, i.e. Airbnb and he can save lots of money. “Dwelling Fire Policies” and “Vacation Rental Policies”.
– Open Enrollment is closed unless you have a qualifying event.
– Writes every kind/type of insurance.
– Spanish speaking office. 35% of his clients speak Spanish.
– All Manufactured Home policies have gotten rid of their flood insurance so DENNIS has options for you.
