– REPORT that rates go up each year.
– Dennis will help you change your insurance from where you are to Ascend. You can change at any time during the year, don’t have to wait until the term is up.
– Insurance companies don’t take the time to tell you about new rates and deals that are available.
– Ascend is fairly consistent @ meeting or beating the rates you already have.
– HMO deadlines are closed now, but PPO’s can be changed.
– DISCUSSION of vacation rental insurances, Airbnb insurances, 2nd home insurance. Even if you only rent your home out ONCE a year.
– DISCUSSION of interesting insurance issues; i.e. renter’s insurances for as little as $100/year; Christmas tree fires; porch pirate thefts; gifts stolen from your car, etc.
