2. What is Mrna? (Moderna rna is the backbone that carries the “message”. DOES NOT AFFECT your DNA. The Mrna vaccine being produced now has data that shows us we will need a booster. Mrna vaccines can be produced and changed faster).
3. Is D.O.H.C. still giving the same vaccine? (Yes. And Pfiser has changed the cold chain for it’s vaccine, now it will “keep” for 30 days).

1. Should women get their mammograms right after they get their vaccine? (No, the Vaccine may cause lymph nodes to enlarge a bit and show up on a mammogram, so wait 4 to 6 weeks, until the nodes go down) Screening mammogram, HOLD OFF. Diagnostic mammogram, GET IT.
2. Does Duke University have a new vaccine that will PREVENT THE NEXT PANDEMIC? (No one know what the next pandemic might be. This pandemic does not appear to be very predictable. New vaccines can be produced much more quickly now.)
– REPORT that if we had the vaccine @ the beginning of this Pandemic the deaths would have been much lower.
– DISCUSSION of now that we have the genome of the virus and can target them much more quickly. Mrna technology is pretty simple and the platform is very quick. Scientists have been studying this virus for YEARS.
– REPORT on this being rattlesnake month. As temperature change the rattlesnakes are out. Watch out when hiking and watch out for your dogs. There is a vaccine for dogs who get bitten.
– REPORT on this being skin cancer awareness month. Your skin is your largest organ….check yearly for any change in a mole or freckle etc.

– Intro by Lee Rice. Description of the calm, serene atmosphere of this new facility. Only one of its kind in the Desert.
– REPORT on the Family Birthing Center w/ state of the art equipment for both moms and babies. 14 rooms, w/ 2 operating suites, w/ neo-natal intensive care unit w/ one baby, one room; cameras to connect to Mom/Grandma etc., @ home.
– LDRP (labor, delivery recovery and postpartum) means Mom stays in the same room for the entire birthing process.
– REPORT on the latest innovations; Moms “sit up” in a birthing chair if they want to deliver; wireless monitoring if Mom wants to walk around during labor; “peanut” balls to place between Mom’s legs to open the pelvis and create comfort; Atom baby “warmers”, the carts to facilitate any emergency care needed w/ no time lapse.
– DISCUSSION of the Dad/Doula/Partner being allowed in the birthing room, families will follow soon.
– REPORT that this new facility has more room for Mom and Baby AND better access for emergencies.

– Turner Classic Movies interview Russ, Rita and George in honor of the 60th anniversary of the premier of the movie.

– DISCUSSION of the atmosphere on the set where everyone felt that the work was “special” even @ the time they were doing it.
– REPORT on the choreography of genius Jerome Robbins. He co-directed the film w/ Robert Wise. He choreographed for each character in particular. George worked w/ Jerome in the London Company too.

1. Are all the TV commercials that promote term life insurance credible? (Not necessarily. The commercial leaves out a lot of variables that you probably won’t quality for. He specializes in term life. The longer the term the more expensive it is. Least expensive way to go.)
– REPORT on mortgage insurance. Is outside of the loan of your house. Best to discuss w/ Dennis. Usually need 5 to 10% of your annual income for your death benefit. Best to get a 30-year term. Over 65 should get a 10 to 15-year term.
– REPORT that only 2% of all policies are paid out. Buy term and invest the rest.
– REPORT that Ascend Insurance sends out reminders for your insurance important dates.
– REPORT that homeowners insurance rates are going up and folks are shopping their policy and its rate w/ Dennis. Most new clients are making the deductibles $2500.
