– QUESTIONS from “Joey Pals”.
1. Is the Moderna Vaccine stronger. (Pfiser and Moderna have the same mechanism and both original trials showed the same efficacy. Recent studies show that antibody production is greater w/ Moderna.)
2.  Are antibodies from natural immunity different from antibodies for the vaccine? (Not necessarily. Antibodies are just an initial reaction that there is something there to fight.)
3. Regeneron and monoclonal antibodies? (We are creating these in the lab and injecting them into patients to give them something they need. Being allocated by the Government to states/counties w/ the greatest need.)
– D.O.H.C. has a good working relationship w/ the County.
4. What about boosters? (UK first to offer boosters. We have offered 3^rd shots (NOT a booster) called an additional dose for immune compromised patients….THEN PROBABLY A BOOSTER.)
– REPORT that last year the flu was not as bad as it will be this year because we are starting to open up.  Same way we are trying to stop Covid is the same way we will stop flu.
– REPORT that D.O.H.C.’s clinics are open Mon. – Friday @ P.S. & Indio & Yucca Valley FOR BOTH FLU AND COVID.  By appointment please.  Go on www.mydohc.com.
