MIKE THOMPSON RV’S w/ Sher Lyckman re: 68318 Hwy., 111, Cathedral City, CA. 92234.
– She’s the General Manager/Store Manager @ Mike Thompson RV in Cathedral City.
– DISCUSSION of the timing for getting an RV for Christmas. Easier to get a new one than a “pre-owned” RV.
– REPORT that they don’t RENT RV’s.
– REPORT that all new RV’s come into their distribution center only 60 miles away and all the checks have been made.
– DISCUSSION of how the RV’s are moved from place to place. 1. Drive them from factory to distribution center. (warranty on mileage starts when the RV gets to the distribution center) 2. 3 or 4 on a transports. 3. Trailered/hooked up by trucks. (no miles are added)
– DISCUSSION that you can safely travel “with your pod”/family. No need to go into restaurants or hotels and expose yourself and your loved ones to the Pandemic. All parks have wi-fi and the RV’s have wi-fi extenders. GREAT SERVICE.
– REPORT that most RV’S are made in Indiana, Iowa and luxury ones in Alabama!!!
– DISCUSSION of the timing of getting a “custom” coach. Can have 2 bathrooms, “spas”, sleep 10 persons, gas or electric, induction, heated floors, etc.
– REPORT that Mike Thompson’s needs trade in’s etc., for inventory.
– Sher also SELLS used motor coaches. Will take trade-ins of ANYTHING. NEED TRADE-INS/NEED INVENTORY. Will take on consignment and/or trade-ins and will pay OVER book value.
– OPEN 7 weekdays from 9 AM until 5 PM and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sundays.
