ASCEND INSURANCE w/ Dennis Van Buskirk re: 1775 E. Palm Cyn., Dr., Palm Springs, CA. 92264.
– QUESTION from a “Joey Pal”. Re: Car-shield and policies such as that and Home Warranties are not sold by insurance agents.
– DISCUSSION of the rat issue in Smoke Tree Ranch and the Mesa eating under the hood of cars. This is covered by our car insurance, and you must consider your deductible.
– REPORT you have until 1/30 to make changes to your health insurance if you are 64 and UNDER. If you don’t do it by 1/30 you have to wait another year. AND you will be penalized ON YOUR TAXES if you don’t have health insurance.
– REPORT that if you have to file a claim, call Dennis first because if you call the claims dept., it will go on your record, EVEN IF NOTHING IS PAID OUT!!!!
– He has 30 different companies. Has a great new program for “rental properties”, i.e. Airbnb and he can save lots of money. “Dwelling Fire Policies” and “Vacation Rental Policies”.
– All Manufactured Home policies have gotten rid of their flood insurance so DENNIS has options for you.
– Palm Desert Wrestling Team won the title!!!!
