– REPORT on the new Agua Caliente Cultural Plaza downtown Palm Springs, w/ the Oasis Trail, the Museum, the Spa.
– IMPORTANCE of the Cultural Plaza to the Agua Caliente Tribe of Cahuilla Indians and their mission statement.
– DISCUSSION of the Tribe’s desire to reclaim and recover all the Tribes artifacts, especially baskets etc,.
– DISCUSSION of the desire of the Tribe to share their history and knowledge w/ the community.
– REPORT on his professional life in working w/ tribal communities and museums.
– The Tribe wants the Cultural Plaza to primarily be a teaching tool for their own people.
