– In business since ’85, Deborah took over in ’97 and moved from Cathedral City to Rancho Mirage.
– DISCUSSION of how/where the recipes come from.
– DISCUSSION of their “plant-based” pastry cuisine as well as traditional offerings. i.e. plant-based bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich etc.
– Breakfast and lunch 4 days a week AND catering.
– DISCUSSION of transition food and how the flavor has improved.
– Also have vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free products.
– DISCUSSION of their cooking classes.
– They are known for their CAKES. Both plant-based and traditional.
– 1/10/20 – Dr. Michael Greger M.D. will speak @ 2 PM @ the R.M. Library about his book “How Not To Diet”.
