– RE-OPENING Thurs., Oct., 3 for their 31st year.
– DISCUSSION of the evolution of the menu from the 4 original dishes. i.e. the huge baked potato, the roast chicken, etc. Nightly specials too.
– DISCUSSION of the evolution of the music menu. Different type of show every night in the Music Lounge. Music line up planned thru June, 2020.
– Chef Marcos has been there for years, along w/ lots of long-term staff.
– DISCUSSION of the lay out of the restaurant. Music Lounge, Bar, Dining Room. Open 7 days a week for dinner.
