– December is a happy month @ the NVC. Lots of groups, religious leaders, and parties to celebrate the Holidays.
– Clients are anyone w/ any kind of neurological problems. Parkinson’s, MS, and of course, stroke
– NVC focuses on “person-centered care”.
– To become a client you must: 1. Go thru an evaluation. 2. Bring in your list of meds. 3. Have a referral from a medical doctor.
– No time frame for being a client. If you’re here for just the Holidays, sign up!!!!
– Funding by community donations for their $1 million dollar a year budget.
– Christmas shop @ Jackie Lee’s Thrift Shop.
