EISENHOWER HEALTH w/ Lee Rice (Media Coordinator and Communications specialist) and Jonathan Bechard, MD (Associate Program Director of Ambulatory Services w/ the Internal Medicine Residency Program (IMRP) re: N. Palm Cyn., Dr., Cathedral City, CA. 92234.
– IMRP clinic is located in the Eisenhower Health Center @ Cathedral City.
– Purpose is to train the next generation of primary care doctors. Residents ARE medical doctors.
– IMRP provides longer appointment times.
– IMRP has same or next day appointments.
– Provides a comprehensive team approach.
– IMRP residents provide inpatient care to patients admitted to the hospital.
– IMRP has ability to communicate w/ office/support staff via MyChart to ask questions or receive clarification about health care issues.
