– Discussion of www.legaldocsbyme.com. These types of websites are run by people who are suppose to be bonded and licensed. CANNOT give legal advice but can assist in the preparation of documents. Now para-legals are called legal assistants and must work under the umbrella of an attorney.
Discussion of issues Diane wanted to share:
– Definition of mediation.
– Definition of arbitration.
– Definition of litigation.
– She participates in the First Friday mediation program down @ the courthouse to help relieve some of the case load in the courts.
