– Serve two types of aged beef – dry and wet aged. Only seasoned w/ salt and pepper.
– 30 wines offered by the glass, 70 wines offered by the bottle, also special bottles from Pat’s special wine cellar.
– The best fish is always @ the best steak house.
– 7 days a week open.
– Father’s Day open 10-3 for Father’s Day Brunch.
– New bar menu is coming out soon to start 6/25.

– Premiering in Palm Springs @ “Oscar’s Cabaret”.
– “Viva Las Chicas” is an ever-evolving 15-year old show from Los Angeles, patterned after “Charlie’s Angels”.
– Script combined Charlie’s Angels and a beauty pageant.
– Started @ Silver Lake 15 years ago and Kurt was the original director.
– Was 5, two-act musicals too.
– Wants to bring the show back to Oscar’s for Christmas, 2018.
